Honey and Tomato Face Mask
Face Mask for Oily Skin
If you struggle with oily
skin, try a tomato and honey face mask for your oily skin. Tomato is often
found in homemade recipes for oily skin because of its natural acidic properties
and rejuvenating antioxidants. Honey, which naturally contains hydrogen
peroxide, is used for its antibacterial properties.
Ingredients:
One-half small tomato. One
tablespoon honey
- Using
a blender, puree tomato and incorporate honey.
- Brush
this mixture onto the skin. A foundation brush works well; if you don’t
have a foundation brush, a cosmetic cotton swab can be used.
- Allow
your skin to absorb the tomato and honey for 20 minutes.
- Rinse
face well with lukewarm water.
- Pat
dry.
- Apply
your favorite oil-free moisturizer.
