Whilst it`s not necessary to devote huge chunks of your time to pumping iron or pounding the streets, you can`t escape the fact that some sort of regular exercise will be necessary to maintain a beautiful body. Walking briskly for half an hour each day will pay dividends and if you think you don`t have time, then you should make it! Your body will thank you and your mind will too. Exercise releases endorphins, which work to boost your sense of well-being and happiness.

A good beauty routine needn`t be a drag. Yet cleansing, toning and moisturizing should be as much a part of your day as brushing your teeth. You don`t have to spend a great deal on products, but don`t neglect your skin. Regular exfoliation will perk up your complexion and make your whole body feel like new again.
