Eye area
- With eyes wide open, lift eyebrows, and then close eyes. Keep eyebrows raised.
- Hold 5 seconds, and then relax.
- Repeat 5 times.
To complete exercise:
Massage around the outer area of the eyes; but not the eye lids.
1. Clenched teeth and then smile as wide as you can.
2. Raise chin until you feel the neck muscles pull. Hold 5 seconds, and then relax.
3. Repeat 5 times.
To complete this exercise:
1. Gently pinch along the entire jaw line.
2. Place your hands at the base of your neck and glide upward to the jaw bone. Repeat 5 times.
Cheeks
- With lips closed, smile widely. The cheeks should rise during this exercise.

Move your mouth to the right, close your right eye, and hold 5 seconds.

Repeat for the left side of the face.

Repeat exercise 10 times.
To complete this exercise: Starting from the outside of the nose, gently run your finger across the cheek to the temple. Repeat 3 times.
Lips
- With lips closed, pucker them. Hold 5 seconds.
- Draw lips inward over your teeth. Hold 5 second.
- Repeat 5 times.
To complete this exercise: Gently massage the outside lip area with your pinkie finger. Repeat 2 times.
Lip Wrinkles from Water Bottles?
The word is out that sucking on a water bottle or a straw may cause wrinkles around the lips. I guess time will only tell, but it makes sense to me.
Fight Premature Aging of the Skin
Drink water to wash toxins from the body.
Include fish (Omega 3 vitamins) and fresh vegetables in your weekly diet.
Cleanse face daily with a mild face wash.
Wear sunscreen year round.
Use moisturizers on your face and body daily.
Exercise at least four times a week.
Reduce sugar intake.
