Loading a Powder Brush
When applying any loose powder, the first step is to correctly load the powder brush…
- Dip your blush brush lightly into the powder. Tap off excess powder.
- Swirl the powdered end of the brush on the empty lid; this pushes the powder down into the bristles.
Apply Loose Powder
After loading the powder brush, stipple (bounce) blush over the apples of the cheeks. Then, using a sweeping motion, bring the blush up to the cheek bone and over to just below the temple. Finish by feathering the edges.
Gel Blush
Women are happy with gel blush because it blends smoothly over existing makeup; looks natural; is not as complicated to apply as loose powder; and can be applied with a brush, sponge, or fingers.

Mix blush with clear lip gloss for a customize lip color.
