Dry Mineral Blush or Gel Blush

Mineral Blush

Dry mineral blush or gel blush, which one is right for you?

Dry mineral blush, such as crushed mineral blush or pressed powder mineral blush, is a beautifully sheer makeup product that gives the face a radiant glow, is blendable, and easy to apply with a makeup brush.

To apply loose powder mineral blush: Stipple (bounce) blush over the apples of the cheeks. Then, using a sweeping motion, bring the blush up to the cheek bone and over to just below the temple. Finish by feathering the edges.

Gel Blush
Women are happy with gel blush because it blends smoothly over existing makeup; looks natural; is not as complicated to apply as loose powder; and can be applied with a brush, sponge, or fingers.  Coverage is sheer.  However, some brands have a tendency to dry quickly while being applied - but with a bit of practice, you'll be applying it like a pro!

Beauty Tip:
Mix powdered blush with clear lip gloss for a customize lip color.
